- Our steel
irrigation fittings are manufactured from welded, low carbon, hot rolled
deep drawing quality AK (aluminum kiln) steel tubing, The outside and
inside diameters are flash controlled for high quality roll forming.
- All couplers and fittings are coated with corrosion
resistant long-lasting epoxy (or may be galvanized)
- Positive
sealing Vulcan® gaskets require no solvent welding and less labor for
installation.
- No chemical
cleaning or cementing of pipe joints is necessary.
- All steel
construction allows the use of welding fittings and risers.
- Narrower
trenches can be used for installation, thus lowering overall costs.
- Steel
construction prevents warped connections when thrust blocks are poured
with concrete.
