Applications
Dragline sprinkler pipe is used primarily for germination of
row crops. It can be removed quickly from a wet field and placed
in another location. Up to a quarter mile of pipe can be pulled
at one time by a tractor or pulling machine. A dragline sprinkler
system dramatically reduces labor costs and increases the utilization
of your irrigation equipment.
Technical
Dragline style aluminum sprinkler pipe is available in 3" O.D.
diameter. Standard pipe length is 30 feet. Custom fabricated
lengths are available. Pipe wall thickness is .050". Dragline
couplers are rated at 80 psi working pressure. Pipe alloy is
3004-H26. Fitting alloy is A356. Pipe ends are reinforced with
a 6" press fit sleeve and bull nosed. Fittings are welded to
the pipe. Custom embossing is available for ownership identification.
